Sales Effectiveness Manager

Support CCO business decision by conducting and monitoring commercial strategy within the department, monitor and follow-up Sales Team performance
Review and dispatch leads as per strategy defined at group level
Update and support target setting and ensures quality of targets from Agency Management / RO/ HO sales & Lines
Train and monitor adoption of Sales team on sales processes and sales tools
Participate in sales projects launched by RO/HO
Communicate to Sales team on changes coming from RO CCO
Identify growing opportunities and support management team to direct sales force accordingly.
Conduct commercial analysis on regular and ad – hoc basis. Give commercial team/management biz recommendation based on the analysis.
Develop strategies and materials to promote CMA – CGM Taiwan via internal and external channels (events, LinkedIn, LINE…etc).
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
