Sales Support Manager

- Coach and manage Sales support team through regular meetings
- Develop and maintain action plan & objectives and implement tools
- Coordination of dispute resolution (if related to quotation) and liaise with Pricers & customer care on Freight & DDSM claims
- Support Sales support team on follow-up on quotations sent, not booked, customers lost
- Oversee the processing of sales orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide training to Sales Support Officers on product knowledge, processes, and customer service skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales support processes for efficiency.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.
- Handle quotations requests for dedicated customers received by Inside, Outside Sales, or customers
- Follow-up on quotations sent, expiring
