Fleet Project Officer
CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.
CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.
THE ROLE:
You shall:
- Adhere to IMS and all applicable international laws and regulations
- Carry out all duties in compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethical policies
- Develop and present a continuous performance improvement plan that will be periodically reviewed and reported.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Collaborate with the superintendent to coordinate repair services as required
Monitor, oversee, and facilitate all fleet projects.
Maintain up-to-date records for the weekly fleet operations meeting.
Provide administrative support to the fleet.
Create and manage project plans, including timelines with project-specific milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and deliver regular performance reviews through presentations and effective communication.
Aid the fleet in gathering vessel data on specific topics and preparing reports.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum qualifications (STCW for seafarers)
Bachelor
Experience
3 years in operational role
