You shall:

  • Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
  • Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
  • Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
  • Organize and define the Document management and control in accordance with company needs and guidelines
  • Determine project documentation codifications for CMA Ships;
  • Record, index supplier documentations and comments in CMA SHIPS document management tool;
  • Liaise with third party contractors to ensure documentation follow up: modifications, comments…
  • Ensure documentation transmittal (internal document & supplier document) with Master document stamped code
  • Follow and manage all updates of the Master Document list;
  • Control projects plan by following documentation review: schedule changes, comments, approvals;
  • Prepare projects status reports by collecting and analysing information;
  • Ensure the sharing of all the documents to the relevant persons using internal tool in place. Note: You may represent the Company in various meetings, conferences, public institutions, etc; Caution: When a Document controller manager is available, you shall report to him.





Minimum qualifications

  • Fluent in English;
  • Competent with various software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.



  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Document Control is required.
