YOUR ROLE

 

Working as Fleet Upgrade Assistant, you shall :

  • Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations
  • Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies
  • Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis; 

 


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

  • Assist the Fleet Upgrade Department team in daily operations
  • Realize secretary tasks: phone reception, document redaction, team management planning…
  • Organize: 
    • the team for Equipment and software access, EUP tickets follow up
    • the network, maintaining storage of all routine electronic reports 
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, training courses and support for travel arrangements: Concur, Visa…
  • Prepare mailings
  • Prepare and distribute:
    • Mailings
    • Minutes of meetings 
    • Periodical reports 
  • Create purchase orders as requested
  • Handle and manage all problematic invoices. 

 


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • At least 2 years’ experience as Department Assistant
  • Experience in Shipping sector is appreciated
  • Fluent English
  • Competent with various software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 
  • You are rigorous and methodic, with multicultural experience and good organization skills.
