INTERNSHIP - Document Controller

YOUR ROLE

You will join the CMA Ships Technical Department, a transversal service responsible for data and information related to the CMA-CGM fleet. You will participate in the maintenance of archives, updating the database, and implementing documents in our new management tool.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

•    You manage the documentation of the Fleet Upgrade project (creation of document lists, document quality control, transmittal sending, project closing, communication with suppliers, Fleet Upgrade PM, vessels, etc.).
•    You clean and update the database.
•    You complete our Emergency Box database.
•    You enter new metadata.
•    You will have the opportunity to help draft and modify processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•    You are currently pursuing a BAC + 3 in information, documentation, or information and document management in a company.
•    You master the Office Pack.
•    You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
•    You are rigorous and detail-oriented.
•    You have good organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
