Logistics Manager

MISSION

Manage the CMA Ships logistics.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis
• Optimize the profitability of warehousing facilities and manage with the persons in charge the 3PL/4PL provider.
• Set up and ensure continued operation for fleet, fleet upgrade and NB, reporting, briefings and meetings when relevant;
• Implement KPI with the team, measure, and control performance
• Supply chain activities
  • Manage stocks (PPE, strategic stock) with the team of Le Havre
  • Ensure accuracy of the inventory
• Manage budget and tender for 3PL and 4PL provide with negotiation & contractualisation
• In charge of optimizing the transactions within ERP + interface when required.

PROFILE & COMPETENCES

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Transportation, Supply Chain
• 10 years’ experience minimum as logistics manager
• 5 years experience in implementing IT tools and interface (TMS/ WMS)

Skills :

• Knowledge of customs clearance issues ;
• MS Package + ERP (tms/ WMS) knowledge required ;
• Knowledge of ADR and IMDG regulations for dangerous goods. Experience
• Leadership capabilities,

• Adaptable and able to work in multicultural environnement

• English: Fluent
