Procurement Performance Officer

YOUR ROLE


The mission consists in defining, implementing and following-up overall governance that will be used to drive and control the procurement performance.
To do so, you must :

  • Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations
  • Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality and procurement best practices 
  • Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.

 


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?


Implement and follow up:

  • The Procurement activites for vendor management, new build activities and fleet operations
  • The key performance Indicators with the segment purchaser/procurement manager
  • Organize and follow-up the Projects activities (dedicated checklists, specific projects follow-up files, planning…)
  • Issue periodical reporting
  • Manage the minutes of meeting when required
  • Organize and manage the various supplier meetings
  • Provide support to Procurement Director in her daily tasks if needed.

 


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • Previous experience (2 to 3 years minimum) in Procurement, Supply Chain
  • An experience as PMO is a plus
  • Competencies in software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong international experience, fluent in English
  • Rigor, method and autonomy
  • Collaborative and team-building attitude
  • Good analytic and synthesis skills
  • Good presentation and Organization, communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and across diverse business areas.
