Project Management Officer - Procurement

THE ROLE

 

Define, implement and follow-up the project methodology and overall governance that will be used to drive and control the procurement performance.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations
  • Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality and procurement best practices
  • Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis
  • Implement and follow up:
    • a governance model
    • the Projects various planning’s regularly
    • the Procurement activites for vendor management, new build activities and fleet operations
    • the key performance Indicators with the segment purchaser/procurement manager
  • Organize and follow-up the Projects activities (dedicated checklists, specific projects follow-up files, planning…)
  • Identify and implement a risk management methodology
  • Issue periodical reporting & minutes of meeting

 

 

PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

 

  • Graduated from a Master's degree
  • 3 years as a Project Management Officer, ideally in procurement or supply chain, within an international context
  • Competencies on Powerpoint and Excel, especially for pivot tables and V look up
  • Good communication skills, team spirit
  • English is mandatory, a good level of French will be highly appreciated
