Project Management Officer for Fleet upgrade

Define, implement and follow-up the project methodology of various Fleet upgrade industrial and continuous improvement programs.




You shall:

  • Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations
  • Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies
  • Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis
  • Implement and follow up:
    • A governance model
    • the Program master planning and project various planning’s regularly
    • the key performance indicators
  • Organize and follow-up the projects activities (dedicated checklists, specific projects follow-up files, planning…)
  • Identify and implement a risk management methodology
  • Issue periodical reporting
  • Implement a scope change control management
  • Organize and manage the various project meetings according to the agreed governance model
  • Manage the minutes of meeting when required
  • Provide support to Management in controlling the various costs associated to the Projects.





  • Master's degree in engineering or business
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar PMO position, on large and complex projects, in an international context
  • Good analytic and synthesis skills
  • You are rigorous, methodist and autonomous
  • You have a collaborative and team-building attitude
  • Good presentation and organization, communication skills (verbal, written and listening), ability to work with all levels of staff and across diverse business areas.
