Agency Crew Executive

CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.
CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

In this role, you will be assisting the team with recruiting, selecting, and managing of crew management for vessels under CMA Ships Singapore while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.  

Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Implement the update planning of seafarers 
• Review seafarers’ application forms.
• Cross check the medical status of all Seafarers and arrange medical appointments accordingly
• Ensure seafarers' details and documents are up to date 
• Timely submissions of crewing expenses for approval 
• Handle all flag documentation's applications 
• Arrange briefing / debriefing of seafarers
