Our teams ensure the commercial exploitation of our fleet. On a daily basis, they optimize the loading of the ships, ensure the smooth running of the journeys and the stops in the respect of the schedules.

Our Shipmanagers are responsible for ship loading / unloading plans and the smooth operation of port operations. They maintain the schedules in collaboration with the operational teams in agencies.

Our Cargo Flow Coordinators consolidate, analyze and adjust the flow of full and empty containers to optimize the filling of ships.
