YOUR ROLE

 

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for international logistics?  

Our export team based in Pontypridd have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Export Coordinator where you will support our air and ocean  freight operations.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to advance into an Export Coordinator role. If you're eager to build a career in logistics, we’d love to hear from you!

 

This pivotal role will see you working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00/09:0017:30. 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Efficiently plan and arrange international shipments in line with client requirements.
  • Process export entries with precision and compliance.
  • Open and manage shipment files, ensuring customs entry instructions meet accreditation standards.
  • Resolve purchase and supplier queries within KPI timeframes.
  • Provide competitive quotes for new trade lanes and traffic.
  • Accurately input data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Invoice clients promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to build strong customer relationships.
  • IT Literate experience in using MS packages.
  • Natural problem-solving skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Team Player.
  • Willing to learn
