YOUR ROLE

 

Our Finished Vehicle Logistics team, known for delivering and collecting thousands of prestige vehicles for some of the largest fleets across the UK, are now seeking a highly motivated and organised Scheduling Coordinator to join their team.


As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of all vehicle delivery and collection requirements, ensuring alignment with company and brand standards.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections efficiently.
  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with business needs and efficiency targets.
  • Maintain a structured scheduling process to optimise geographical planning and maximise driver productivity through effective planning.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain high service level standards.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
