Control implementations of new and existing IT solutions.




· Deliver high quality projects management and implementations relating to Company operations and its clients as part of IT Contract Logistics team.

· Implement specialized IT solutions for the WMS system used by Company operations to provide warehousing and distribution services to customers.

· Adopt business requirements by analyzing the process in consultation with Business Development, Operations, Solutions Design, and the Client.

· Specify system development with functionalities, data, and interfaces.

· Responsible for testing software, training colleagues and accompanying clients.

· Oversee and mentor junior-level employees in WMS Implementation resources in the deployment of one or more projects in parallel.

· Work directly with PMO and clients and their IT teams to create mutually agreement requirements documentation and warehouse management project plans.

· Learn, deploy, and support technical IT solutions for Company's internal and external customers.

· Undertake detailed WMS (Warehouse management systems) project work, including business analysis, systems configuration, product enhancement requests, EDI/ API mapping, and IT Solutions Design work as relevant to business and client requirements.

· Generate specified warehousing project documentation to best practice quality standards, in line with Company's Project Management Methodology standards.

· Prepare test plans and conduct system testing, as required, to professional quality standards.

· Support Systems Integration and User Acceptance Testing with IT, Operations, and with the External Customer.

· Perform implementation and post implementation support tasks as required by the WMS project.

· Maintain on-going working relationships with all customers and service providers as part of the day-to-day execution of project delivery.

· Provide logistics and systems consultancy to internal and external customers.

· Prepare and perform management and client presentations as required.

· Train and provide mentorship to all junior members of the IT team, as needed.



Education and Experience


· Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology or related field of study.

· Five (5) years' experience in Tier 1 WMS Implementation and SQL, including WMS Dispatcher experience and EDI/ API integration.

· 25% domestic/international travel required.
