CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE – VENRAY

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

As Customer Service Employee, you are in contact with our customer to keep them informed about the order processing by our warehouse team! The customer comes to you with questions, wishes or needs and you answer these by phone and email. In order to provide the correct information to the customer, you ensure that the administration behind the order processing is properly managed. You report on the order processing, check the customer data and process it in the system. You prepare the invoicing and provide the necessary documentation for the orders. In addition, the customer comes to you with any complaints and you monitor the handling of this complaint.

 

This role is concerned with the following:

  • Customer relationship: you maintain the relationship with the customer by paying attention to their wishes and needs. In addition, you are also in contact with external transporters;
  • Information provision by preparing monthly (MBR) and quarterly Business reviews (QBR) for the internal organization and the customer;
  • Administration behind order processing, such as documentation and invoicing;
  • Solving problems by monitoring the handling of complaints;
  • Participating in projects aimed at process improvement;

WHY IS THIS ROLE SOMETHING FOR YOU?

Do you recognize yourself in the following characteristics and qualities?

  • MBO work and thinking level (level 4);
  • Several years of work experience in a similar role is a plus;
  • Communication skills to attune your communication with different levels, departments and parties;
  • Social and administrative skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language in speech and writing;

 

WHER ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?

Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of four warehouses! There you will be part of the Customer Service Team, consisting of 5 till 10 colleagues. Together you ensure that the bridge between customer and CEVA is in good shape. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to Office Supervisor and your working hours vary between 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM.

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2.567 and € 3.512 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Participation in our own CEVA collective labor agreement (can be found via this link);
  • 25 vacation days, 5 ADV days and the possibility to (sell) buy extra leave;
  • Profit sharing of max. 3% for positive company results;
  • Travel allowance from 10.0 km home-work distance;
  • Company telephone and laptop;
