Our Medical Device Campus in Heerlen is expanding with a third location! That is why we are looking for 5 Customer Service Employees. In the role of Customer Service Employee you are in contact with the customer every day. The customer is a global medical player, specialized in diagnostic imaging products. We supply all worldwide buyers for this customer from our warehouse in Heerlen. In your role you will deal with different cultures and people. Besides, you will work together intensively and really try to help the customer further. Your challenge is to handle all incoming requests, questions and complaints. These come in by email, telephone and from video calls with the customer.


You certainly don't solve the challenges alone! You work together with your 6 other Customer Service colleagues and have a lot of contact with colleagues from the transport and warehouse departments. The Customer Service team is characterized as a hard-working team, whose main task is to unburden the customer and to optimize service to end customers. As a Customer Service Employee you report to the Office Supervisor. To prepare you as well as possible, you will be trained 5 days a week at our location in Eindhoven for a period of 1 to 2 months.



As a Customer Service Employee you will:

  • Answer emails and phone calls;
  • Monitor orders and ensure that KPIs are achieved;
  • Handle questions, challenges and requests;
  • Deploy transport requests
  • Compose reports and present them to the customer;
  • Optimizing the service level towards the customer;
  • Collaborate with other departments.



You can solve challenging situations and ask for help from your colleagues if you need a different insight. You can respond well to the need of the customer.

These skills are required:

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English at a professional level;
  • Working with Excel (running Pivots, V-Lookup, especially for making many analyzes and checking data)
  • Switching between ad hoc work and research work. There are often several tasks and questions running at the same time.
  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
