WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE?

The Customer Service Employee is in contact with our customer to keep them informed about the status of order processing (by our warehouse team)! The customer comes to you with questions, wishes or needs and you answer them by telephone or email. To provide the customer with the correct information, you will manage the administration behind order processing. You will report about order processing, checking and entering all kinds of customer data into the system. You will prepare the invoicing and prepare the necessary documents that accompany the orders. In addition, the customer comes to you about complaints and you monitor the handling of the complaint. You also record this in our system.

This role is interesting because you are mainly concerned with the following:

  • Customer focus: you maintain the relationship with the customer by paying attention to their wishes and needs. You are also in contact with the transporters;
  • Information provision by preparing monthly and quarterly Business Reviews for the internal organization and the customer;
  • Manage the administration behind order processing, such as documentation and invoicing;
  • Problem solving by guaranteeing and monitoring the handling of complaints;
  • Projects aimed at improving the processes within Customer Service;

 

WHY THIS ROLE IS SOMETHING FOR YOU!

You are a good fit for this role because you recognize yourself in the following qualities:

  • MBO 4 working and thinking level, possibly graduated within Logistics;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (in a similar role);
  • Communication and social skills for alligning at different layers, such as warehouse, transporters, the customer and Customer Service department;
  • Administrative skills;
  • You can make yourself clearly understood in English in conversation and in writing;

 

HERE YOU WILL WORK!

Your work location is Venray, where we have an entire campus of warehouses (four to be precise) from 35,000 to 60,000 m2! For one of these warehouses you will become part of the Customer Service department at the office. You will work a lot together with colleagues in the warehouse and at the office, plus you will be part of the Customer Service team of 10 employees! You are also in contact with the customer and the transporters. You report to the Office Supervisor. Furthermore, the atmosphere can mainly be described as international and dynamic, with plenty of room for fun and bonding! Your working hours are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

 

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

  • A gross salary between € 2,517 and € 3,443 depending on your work experience and education level;
  • An annual contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
