WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?
As a Customer Service Supervisor, no day is the same! Customer relationships and coaching your team are the central focus points. For example, you are responsible for monitoring productivity and team performance, you maintain contact with various customers (internal and external) and you stimulate the personal development of your employees. In this dynamic position you and your team are the point of contact for our customers. You stimulate your team in a positive way and thus contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
- Maintain customer relationships, where you monitor progress, maintain an overview and communicate this with the customer;
- Organize, coach and guide your self-managing team, so that the set quality and productivity are achieved;
- Identify deviations with regard to the productivity or quality level;
- Continuously improve your team/department. You also participate in projects aimed at improving the organization and our processes;
- Prepare various reports, including business reviews.
- Ensure perfect cooperation between the various departments (Warehouse, Stock Management, Customs and Customer Service).

You are manager who is accessible to the team, seeks cooperation with other departments and dares to make decisions. You are energetic and know how to involve your team in the objectives in a positive way. You can assess situations well and know how to adapt your leadership style accordingly. In this way, you are part of the team, but you also know when to take the lead. When things are busy, you can switch well and you know how to set priorities. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
- HBO work and thinking level;
- Several years of experience in logistics or supply chain;
- Several years of experience in customer contact (B2B environment);
- Leadership skills;
- Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written;
- Excellent basic command of Excel;
WHER ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?
Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of four warehouses! There you will be part of the Operations Support Team (Customer Service, Planning and Administration), consisting of 10 colleagues. Together you ensure that our logistics operation is supported in, among other things, relationship management with the customer, planning between warehouse and transporters and the administration behind order processing. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to Operations Support Manager and your working hours vary between 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM.

- A gross monthly salary between € 2.994 and € 4.145 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;

- 25 vacation days, 5 ADV days and the possibility to (sell) buy extra leave;
- Profit sharing of max. 3% for positive company results;
- Travel allowance from 10.0 km home-work distance;
