WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

As Financial Administrative Employee, you are the specialist in Finance within our Customer Service Team! As Customer Service, we are responsible for supporting documentation and reporting towards our logistics operation. On the other hand, we maintain the relationship with our customers by paying attention to their wishes and involving them in our logistics vision. You take care of the financial part, mainly in the field of invoicing. You will also take on some Customer Service tasks. In short: a versatile role!

 

As a Financial Administrative Employee:

  • Are you the driving force behind the monthly closing;
  • Process and improve your administrative data in Exact Globe, including purchase and sales invoices;
  • Sprinkle ideas to improve various financial processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement;
  • Perform your bookings in journals, in particular the memorial and bank book;
  • Perform thorough checks on the financial administration;
  • Support you in composing and drawing up VAT returns;
  • Provide reporting and valuable insights to stakeholders involved.

 

WHY IS THIS ROLE SOMETHING FOR YOU?

Do you recognize yourself in the following characteristics?

  • A completed MBO level 4 education in a financial direction;
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, preferably in a lively environment;
  • Knowledge of accounting systems such as Exact;
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week;
  • Fluent command of both Dutch and English.

 

WHER ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?

Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of no less than four warehouses! There you will become part of the Customer Service Team, consisting of 10-15 colleagues. Together you ensure that the warehouse operation is supported in the documental and financial dimension. You do this within a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to Operations Support Manager and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 18:00.

In addition, we offer you the following:

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2.593 and € 3.547 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Participation in our own CEVA collective labor agreement (can be found via this link);
  • 25 vacation days, 5 ADV days and the possibility to (sell) buy extra leave;
  • Profit sharing of max. 3% for positive company results;
  • Travel allowance from 10.0 km home-work distance;
