In the role of Project Manager, you will ensure the successful progress and completion of projects for our client Vodafone. For projects you can think at new customer or product implementations, process improvements or implementations. You will ensure that the project is successfully delivered within the agreed conditions such as time, budget, and customer requirements. Once a week, you will engage with the client, usually through a call, to align their needs and requirements and provide advice on possibilities and feasibility. Within the existing projects, you will identify opportunities for further expansion or new projects within the partnership.


You have influence on how these projects are successfully delivered. When necessary, you will assemble a project team consisting of colleagues from Account Support, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and IT, both in the Netherlands and abroad. There is a weekly meeting with the entire team of internal colleagues involved in these projects to discuss progress and any special considerations. In your role, you will also ensure proper prioritization and documentation. This includes capturing (new) agreements with the client, documenting performance, tracking hours, and monitoring progress. This information will provide input to your Finance colleagues for invoicing the client. To accomplish all of this, you work with precision and purpose. Your technical insight and affinity for IT are valuable, as many projects involve various systems within our Device as a Service (DaaS) service offering.


The team consists of 4 Project Managers and a Manager as leader of the team. Together, you will handle all projects. This means that you will work collectively and/or individually on projects depending on the circumstances. This provides you with the opportunity to learn from each other, make positive contributions to other projects, and broaden your knowledge. Due to the diversity within the team, approximately 90% of communication in the office and during work is conducted in English, with occasional use of Dutch. You will report to the Manager Projects and work from our locations in Waalwijk, with the flexibility to work partially from home.



  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and coordinate projects and ensure successful completion;
  • Ensuring that all agreements made are adhered to and properly recorded;
  • Creating the Statement of Work (SOW) and its financial follow-up;
  • Providing progress reports;
  • Participate and support in other projects and proactively improve cooperation with the client(s).



  • A completed college or university education in the direction of Supply Chain, (Technical) Business Administration or similar;
  • Project management experience within the Supply Chain and/or Telecommunications industry;
  • You have an affinity with IT, systems and telecom (devices);
  • You are solution-oriented, analytical, ad-rem and customer-oriented;
  • You have a good command of the English language both verbally and in writing; Dutch is an advantage;
  • You are available 40 hours a week on office days.
