YOUR ROLE
Due to growth, we are looking for a Quality Employee A for our Medical Device Campus in Heerlen. In this role, you will focus on implementing and monitoring quality in accordance with internal and external agreements. As a Quality Employee, you will be part of the Operations Excellence Team in Area South. We are growing rapidly in this Area and are continuously innovating. As a Quality Employee, you will make a valuable contribution to this! In this role, you will report to the Quality Leader. The team in Heerlen consists of 5 colleagues.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Quality Employee A, you will:
Manage documents, work instructions and procedures
Maintain and monitor quality instruments and standards
Support in obtaining the necessary certifications
Perform (physical) quality controls and internal audits
Active role in identifying deviations
Act as the first point of contact for questions from colleagues
Draw up and maintain reports
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Optimizing processes is your thing. You are strong, can switch quickly and like to work analytically. Thanks to your helicopter view, you also know how to keep an overview. You are also quite a perfectionist. In addition, you are social: you have close contact with your colleagues in the warehouse and at the office, and you also easily make external contacts. Furthermore, you have:
MBO work and thinking level
Social and communication skills for maintaining internal contacts (verbal and written)
Dutch and English in speech and writing

A market-conform salary between € 2,567 and € 3,512 depending on your work experience and education level;
