YOUR ROLE

Does logistics runs in your blood and do you have the right leadership skills? And do you know how you can get people involved in achieving the KPIs? Then this role might be for you!

 

For our location in Venray we are looking for a Team Coorindator (Logistics)! In this role you will manage your warehouse team operationally and, together with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that the customer receives the best logistics service. By coordinating, coaching and guiding your team, you will ensure that the KPIs are achieved and that your team is happy at the workplace. You divide the work and set the right priorities. Once the Warehouse Supervisor is absent, you take over his duties. At the end, you have also administrative tasks such as reporting.

 

Your location is Venray, where we have a warehouse of approximately 35,000 m2. You will manage a shift of 20 to 30 Operators and report to the Warehouse Supervisor. Our shift times are 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00, with the day shift one week and the evening shift the next. The atmosphere within the team is informal and professional. Important focal points are efficiency and quality, with which you together provide the best logistics service to our customer!

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Team Coordinator (Logistics) you will:

  • Coordinate, coach and manage the warehouse team;
  • Prioritize and distribute the tasks among the warehouse team;
  • Monitor and coordinate performance progress;
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor in determining capacity needs and staff planning;
  • Take on administrative tasks such as reporting on the KPIs and performance; and
  • Participate in projects aimed at improvement under the motto of the LEAN philosophy;

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Do you recognize yourself in the following knowledge and skills:

 

  • MBO work and thinking level, preferably with a completed education in logistics;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in logistics;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a managerial role within logistics;
  • Social and communication skills;
  • Able to quickly see through and understand processes and systems;
  • A flexible attitude towards working hours and activities;
  • A good command of the English language.

  • A competitive gross salary between € 2,042 and € 2,945 depending on your work experience and level of education;
  • An annual contract with a view to permanent employment;
  • Shift allowance on top of your base salary;

  • Profit share of max. 3% in case of positive company results;
