YOUR ROLE
Would you like to identify, qualify and close new opportunities for selling CEVA’s Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) capabilities to customers and prospects?
If so, join our CEVA team as a Regional Sales Manager and play a key role in developing a fast-growing business within CEVA Logistics.
This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of an expanding market, where you will actively contribute to shaping CEVA’s New and Used cars logistics strategy in the region. With full ownership of your sales pipeline, you will engage key decision-makers, drive revenue growth, and build a profitable, long-term client portfolio. You will also gain valuable exposure to regional and global business development strategies, positioning yourself as a key player in CEVA’s future growth.
You are ideally based in Flanders with travel to Ghislengien for structural meetings with the team and travel to customers.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Your Key Missions: Drive Growth & Expand Market Presence


    Hunting & Prospecting New Clients (New Leads)
Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads by actively prospecting new clients and expanding business opportunities within the Car as a Customer product segment.
Define and manage a structured target customer list within your geographical scope, ensuring a sharp focus on high-value accounts with strong growth potential.
Own and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunity qualification aligns with product strategy and business priorities, while keeping sales activities fully aligned with growth targets.
    Developing & Expanding the Network
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key industry players and decision-makers, leveraging your network to accelerate market penetration and secure long-term partnerships.
Ensure seamless coordination with BD teams (local, regional, and global) to align on target accounts, qualify opportunities effectively, and maintain a structured approach to business development.
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer expectations to anticipate market shifts, refine your sales approach, and position the company ahead of the competition.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
•    You are native in both French and Dutch and professional in English.
•    You are a natural hunter, driven by the challenge of identifying and securing new business opportunities. You don’t hesitate to open new doors and think out of the box.
•    You demonstrate strong adaptability and active listening skills, allowing you to tailor your approach to different clients and market conditions.
•    You have an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of your market, seizing opportunities, and driving growth with a proactive approach. 
•    You have a proven track record in business development, ideally in the automotive sector.
