VOTRE RÔLE

Vous intégrez le service exploitation et serez en charge des tâches à dominante affrètement et Messagerie (envoi qui transite par le biais d'un réseau). Achat et vente en relation avec le transport.

QUELLES SERONT VOS MISSIONS ?

• Enregistrer les opérations de transport et mettre à jour les données dans notre SI

• Participer à la gestion des départs

• Adapter les activités pour faire face aux aléas et/ou aux variations des demandes

• S'assurer de la bonne qualité des prestations, traiter et suivre les demandes ou réclamations.

• Saisie de remise client

• Elaboration de dossier voyage lots

QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?

• Diplôme: BAC+3

• Domaine d’études: Logistique et transport

• Hardskills: Maitrise du Pack Office, Connaissance en transport et géographie.

• Langue: Anglais A2/B1 minimum exigé, lecture, rédaction + échanges avec collaborateurs anglophones.

• Softskills: Nous recherchons une personne avec une bonne communication, qui s’adapte facilement, motivée, rigoureuse, un bon relationnel, dynamique et un bon sens du relationnel.
