YOUR ROLE

 

This is a full-time role as a Senior Field Sales / Business Developer Ground & Rail at CEVA Logistics located in West of Romania (Bucharest as a second option).

This is a hybrid role that requires working from both the office and remotely.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, lead generation, and sales operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
  • You will ensure technological and competitive intelligence, working closely with the marketing department and ground and rail business line, to develop the company's offers in line with market requirements;
  • You will follow up and make reports, using the CRM system.
  • You will ensures actions for the client are regularly followed up (volume, performance, quality, profitability).

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven track record in sales and lead generation
  • Experience in sales operations and managing sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a must, mainly in road (ground) transportation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
