YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics is looking for a candidate for the role of Warehouse IT Systems Super User, based in Oradea, Romania.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

· Operation of the WMS and other software, related to daily operational work

· Training and support of the warehouse administrators

· Run system tests

· Finding, managing, and documenting system errors (independently or with the involvement of the customer and other departments)

· Daily communication with the local and regional team and customer

· Preparing system description and documentation

· Managing IT device related problems (basic IT support functions, tasks)

· Proactively making, developing and implementing process improvement/optimalization proposals with other IT/IS Superuser colleagues

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Strong Excel knowledge (preparing reports, pivot, VBA programming knowledge is an advantage) and knowledge of other MS Office apps

· Excellent communication and problem solving skills

· System approach (dealing with complex data)

· Team player with minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse operations and warehouse management systems

· Experience in IT field is an advantage

· Romanian native, professional English language skills, knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage
