Business Development Manager - Ground Transport

YOUR ROLE


To identify, analyze and develop business opportunities in order to bring about new business, maintain existing business and penetrate more business with an existing customer for all Ground Transport-related opportunities.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  1. Conducts sales calls to established accounts and/or target accounts within a targeted industry.
  2. Develops and implements strategies for new products and services in own-territory.
  3. Determines new opportunities by analyzing business needs with customer’s portfolio.
  4. Work with solution team for generating proposal for potential and existing CEVA business clients which are in line with CEVA Logistics Thailand’s strategic focus, fully cost and structured in accordance with CEVA Logistic Asia’s pricing principles and business ethics.
  5. Supports development of new geographies and new segments (E.g. Consumer& Retail, Energy and Industrial) and service offerings.
  6. Support Sector Growth strategy – enabling and facilitating wins with Sector target customers.
  7. Collaborate with countries in Mekong as well as FM for customer relationships and development.
  8. Support KAMs and Field sales for ground opportunity and develop to win business. And also support for commercial ICAP preparation.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Relevant Masters’s or Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
  • Sales experience, specifically in selling transport (domestic / cross-border)
  • Knowledge in selling transport
  • Excel Proficiency
  • Strong Analytical Skill
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work in team
  • Able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
