For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a Contract Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

Perform Lobbying

• Identify the decision makers and influencers in charge of logistics and international transport into mains accounts and gain the widest possible knowledge. (activities, subsidiaries, making structures ... )
• Send commercial information ( Sales Leads ) to the Network in order to increase CEVA a worldwide penetration in major accounts

Market and argue the

CEVA commercial offer

• Represent the company and monitor key accounts which require centralized and concerted action (multi perimeters )
• Undertake necessary lobbying with Big prospects Accounts in order to make the company recognized and to be able to participate in future RFQs
• Sell all CEVA services based on internal expertise

Propose coherent tariff

Offers

• Set in consultation with operational managers a consistent pricing policy and organization between different sites involved.
• Establish , confirm and update the tariff offers of the company and draft contracts in consultation with legal services
• Answer the tender
• Participate in suppliers negotiations with Purchasing department

Assist and support the

relevant operational

services

• Forward awarded contract to operations to ensure customers the level of service quality. Ensure that requirements of customer (e.g. Healthcare requirements of WHO Technical Report Series, No. 957, 2010) are respected and implemented by operational teams.
• Support services or operating sites by forwarding appropriate information on the operational procedures to be applied
• Manage and participate in the settlement of disputes with operational site
• Follow with operations managers, customer profitability and accounts problems related to cash receipts.

Synthesize information

through the reporting

• Consolidate statistical data coming from the various operating sites and acquire a global vision of the evolution of our business ( Monthly analysis of our business, Evolution of flow , turnover and profitability ) within a monthly reporting
• Report all commercial actions done to sustain and develop CEVA key accounts and prospect new account on criteria defined by CEVA Head Office.
• Participate in meetings set by hierarchy
• Fill out the commercial reporting software

Specific Activities

• Carry out specific communication missions (sponsoring , events etc...) and participate in business promotion operations in market
