YOUR ROLE

 

Legal Counsel EE - Poland

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

  • Act as inhouse lawyer for Poland and EE market
  • Work on daily legal topics within Eastern Europe Legal team
  • Take care of all legal topics in Eastern Europe market
  • Support other Eastern European countries
  • Main topics: commercial contracts review, support in corporate projects, litigations
  • Performing other legal tasks and projects assigned by Head of Legal EE

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

  • University degree in Law, min. 3 years of professional experience
  • Fluent English and Polish spoken and written, German as an advantage 
  • Expertise in transportation law (or willingness to learn)
  • Good business awareness, additional business-related education considered an advantage
  • International (Eastern European) exposure as a plus, multicultural sensitivity
  • Bar Exam (or during bar training) would be an advantage

 

Characteristics:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, ability to work across layers
  • Excellent time and project management as well as organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Competent to work in a busy/changing environment
  • Loyalty and trust, high ethical standards
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
  • Conduct work with integrity and responsibility
