YOUR ROLE


Are you known for your leadership skills? Are you passionate about procurement strategy? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to collaborate daily cross-functionally with internal teams including individual Products, Legal, Finance & Administration and external partners including customers, suppliers, advisors and other internal and external stakeholders. 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

  • Co-ordinate with RHO on execution of Procurement strategies in EE
  • In conjunction with country teams and category coordinators, collaborate and manage all procurement transactions, including renewals, sourcing and selections procedures, contract management, supplier negotiation and disputes solutions, supplier relationship management and risk assessments
  • Lead and anticipate all renewals on individual contracts, consolidate supplier panel and drive synergies across all EE countries and all entities
  • Follow all procurement KPIs (purchasing performance, supplier monitoring and performance and evaluation, procurement function efficiency, etc.)
  • Prepare budget for procurement teams, prepare team objectives and appropriate evaluation
  • Manage CEVA business rules and non-trade procurement guideline as it relates to procurement and project approval process
  • Develop procurement team into next level of skillset, manage training and appropriate individual development plans and making sure we follow latest Procurement trends – automation, digitalisation, C-spend outsourcing 
  • Oversee implementation of regionally lead procurement initiatives

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

  • Appropriate education or experience within non-trade procurement; preferably in Logistics
  • At least 5 years of commercial or industrial management experience is required
  • Knowledge of value negotiation and sourcing processes and methodologies
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines
  • Mature judgement and decision-making
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web- based and job specific software applications
