YOUR ROLE


Development, implementation and control of security procedures, detection and reduction of theft risks in the warehouse area. Supervision of security systems and external security company. Conducting internal Security audits. Conducting employee training and security awareness.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

  • Supervision and coordination of the work of external security company providing security services to CEVA for persons and property such as: alarm system, CCTV, access control, fire control, and adapting them within the warehouse.
  • Analysing causes of shortages and explaining quantitative discrepancies in the stored assortment on the basis of the warehouse system and CCTV.
  • Liaising with the responsible departments, CEVA sectors, in the ongoing clarification of anomalies that have occurred
  • Counteracting attempts by suppliers and customers to obtain undue compensation for losses or damages
  • Conducting initial and recurrent training on security procedures for CEVA and Outsourcing employees.
  • Reporting any irregularities noticed and incidents that may affect the security of protected property and people to the Operations Manager
  • Analysing risks in the security area on an ongoing basis.
  • Regular reporting of performance results.
  • Performing other activities assigned by the supervisor which are in relation to the work and within the Employee's qualifications and entitlements.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

  • Min. 2 (advantage 4+) years related experience in protection of people and systems
  • Communication skills, creativity, independence
  • Minimum two years industry experience, preferred.
