Project Logistics Expert Eastern Europe

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Take care of operational activities for all Projects Logistics dedicated to the defined customer
• Take pre- and post-transportation dispositions, organize and control pick-ups and deliveries, customs clearance and all other shipment relevant activities
• Capture relevant data in the in-house computer system and if required in customers and customs systems.
• Provide a top-level customer service to our customers (internal and external) consisting of general inquiries, reservations, pre-alerts, etc.
• Respond on customer needs - related to Freight forwarding activities
• Arrange delivery with intention on best possible customer satisfaction
• Communication with all subcontractors, other stations, agents and with customer
• Considering and planning the most effective route and type of freight
• Tracking the movement of freight and in case of any deviations proactively searching for alternative solutions to satisfy customer
• Actively search for new solutions
• Preparing freight offers for internal and external customers using trusted subcontractors
• Support Business Development Team

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proved forwarding skills with min. 3 years working experience on relevant position in International Freight Forwarding Company
• Ability and readiness to adapt to new business environment
• Advanced English - written and spoken
• Hungarian – mother tongue
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy, ability to persuade
• Initiative and innovative attitude towards work and processes’ optimization
• Out of the box thinking, open minded
• Ability to work in a dynamic international team
• Excellent communication skills
