YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics is currently seeking an experienced Equipment Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the control room activities to ensure the smooth operation of our automation systems.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage and monitor the control room activities, including system performance, error handling, and alarm management.
  • Coordinate with operators, technicians, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and system issues.
  • Ensure timely response to alarms and incidents, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders as necessary.
  • Monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create reports and logs to document control room activities and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational procedures and processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to automation control systems.
  • Train and mentor junior operators to enhance their skills and knowledge in equipment controlroom operations.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Mbo-4 Mechatronic, Electro, Werktuigbouwkunde diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in equipment controlroom operations, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of automation control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

  • You will receive a monthly salary between €2.878,19 en €4.145,96 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
