YOUR ROLE

Would you like to identify, qualify and close new opportunities for selling CEVA’s Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) capabilities to customers and prospects?

If so, join our CEVA team as a Key Account Manager Fleet Mobility & Leasing and play a key role in developing a fast-growing business within CEVA Logistics.

This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of an expanding market, where you will actively contribute to shaping CEVA’s Car as a Customer strategy in the region. With full ownership of your sales pipeline, you will engage key decision-makers, drive revenue growth, and build a profitable, long-term client portfolio. You will also gain valuable exposure to regional and global business development strategies, positioning yourself as a key player in CEVA’s future growth.

Ideally, you are based in the South or Center of the Netherlands and are willing to travel to meet customers and expand your network.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Hunt & Convert New Business Opportunities (Main Focus)

This role is primarily focused on new business generation. You will actively identify, qualify, and convert prospects across the automotive ecosystem—OEMs, leasing companies, dealer groups, truck operators.

You will own your pipeline end-to-end, with a structured and proactive approach to targeting high-potential accounts.

You’re expected to open new doors, pitch complex solutions, and develop new revenue streams from scratch.

  • Build Strategic Relationships & Support Growth

While your focus is on hunting, you will also lay the foundation for long-term partnerships, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and future upsell opportunities.

You will coordinate with CEVA’s local, regional, and global BD teams to maximize impact.

You keep a sharp eye on market trends and customer needs to constantly refine your pitch and stay ahead of competitors.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are a natural hunter, motivated by challenge and results. You thrive on finding and closing new deals—this is not an account maintenance role.

• You bring solid experience in the automotive sector (OEM, leasing, fleet sales, dealer networks, or trucks) and understand how to speak to decision-makers in that space.

• You’re used to working with sales KPIs and take full ownership of your pipeline and your performance.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory); French is a plus.

• You are adaptable, entrepreneurial, and confident in your ability to open doors and convert cold leads into long-term partners.

👉 Please note: this position is not suited for profiles focused mainly on account farming or portfolio maintenance. We're looking for a business developer who thrives in acquisition-focused roles.
