For our location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin, we are looking for a Workforce Management Specialist (m/f/d) for personnel services to start as soon as possible.

 

In your new role, you will report to the Manager Workforce Management Germany/Switzerland. You will be the contact person for all AÜG-relevant topics in relation to the cooperation with our various personnel service managers in the DECH region.

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

 

  • You are responsible for monitoring and optimizing the current processes in the area of temporary employment and ensure compliance with temporary employment law and collective bargaining regulations at our locations throughout Germany.
  • You maintain and control the data in the vendor management system (VMS) used for all CEVA locations in Germany and advise on the maintenance of requirement profiles in the VMS used (AVAX/Compleet platform) or provide basic support in the use of the platform
  • You review temporary employment contracts, factors and hourly rates (SVS)
  • You are the contact person for our locations when it comes to planning temporary staff requirements by exchanging information with the personnel service providers, the neutral or master vendor and are responsible for satisfying the locations by coordinating personnel requirements
  • You implement our quality standards to ensure legally compliant employee leasing and support the locations in implementing these in line with compliance requirements.

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • Your basis is a completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a personnel services clerk or studies in the field of personnel management or comparable
  • You already have several years of professional experience in the field of temporary employment / personnel services, for example as a (senior) dispatcher
  • You have good knowledge of labor law and very good knowledge of the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) and also have knowledge of the collective bargaining system for temporary employment.
  • Ideally, you will have experience of working with personnel administration software - especially Compleet (AVAX / Evint).
  • You communicate fluently in written and spoken German and ideally have a good command of English.
  • You have a good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel, for overviews and evaluations
  • You are willing to occasionally travel throughout Germany on business
  • You have a high degree of independent and structured work, a high level of analytical competence and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Your high service orientation, flexibility, commitment and initiative round off your profile
