YOUR ROLE

Do you have experience in Quality and Environmental Topics? We are looking for someone to support Romania and Hungary with coordinating the Quality & Environmental management system, based in Hungary.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Implements and sustains ISO 9001 and 14001 standards within site level. Continuous support for sites on QHSE related topics.
  • Leads QHSE certifications and audits.
  •  Prepares and communicates on Quality & Environment MS related documentation.
  •  Leads the Quality Management Review process.
  • Supports the update of Environmental Program, review SEA, follow-up of legal requirements.
  • Leads documentation management, nonconformities and CAPA management process.
  • Leads Risk and Opportunities management process.
  • Leads Change management process.
  • Conducts trainings on: QHSE Management system, QHSE tools
  • Sets up and develops KPIs and/or Standards, if needed (new customer, new organization, etc)
  • Realization of audits: internal audits (System) and supplier audits (jointly with Purchasing Department). Leads the team and preparation for external audits.
  • Direct involvement in Environmental actions: CSR reporting campaigns, waste management, reduction of consumption (energy, paper, etc.), follow-up of respect of EU/ local environmental regulations and ensure local reporting to authorities, if it is the case.
  • Collaborates with team in the region for specific QHSE related projects.
  • Monthly and/or weekly Q&E reporting into EE consolidated reporting.
  • Provides support on the quality side in GDP (Good Distribution Practices) projects, as per training provided by CEVA

 

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Mandatory:

  • Fluent in English
  • Good/ Very good level of Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams
  • Practical knowledge and experience of minimum 1 year with ISO9001 standard
  • Previous experience in Quality position of minimum 2 years

Optional (we can also provide these trainings):

  • Certification as internal auditor for ISO 9001 /ISO14001
  • Lean knowledge
