WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

 

  • Preparation and amendment of the existing reports;
  • Identification of new solutions and initiatives for the process improvement;
  • Collection, improvement and use of data from presentations from multiple sources; development of reporting methods with the aim of increasing the transparency of the presented program status;
  • Development of processes for the field of finances;
  • Review and analysis of reports with the aim of extracting the key information and findings, and the presentation thereof to the management;
  • Preparation and creation of SQL inquiries for the reports;
  • Automation of the processes of reporting and report submission;
  • Creation of analysing tools;
  • Re-creation of the tool processes related to data collection and processing for the purpose of the reporting process;
  • Liability for the adherence to the occupational health and safety instructions;
  • Liability for the adherence to the 5S;
  • Cooperation with other departments;
  • Other tasks as instructed and ordered by the line manager.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT positions in complex organizations/ international environment
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data mining
  • Proficiency in English
  • Data visualization skills.
  • Strong MS Excel and ppt. skills.
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude  and proactive approach
