For our location in Großbeeren (GB2) near Berlin, we are looking for a Business Process Engineer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

 

 

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

 

  • You are responsible for the continuous optimisation management of operational business processes at the site.
  • You will be responsible for introducing and maintaining the operational standards (Lean, 5S) of the CEVA guidelines and for coordinating with the site management.
  • You prepare and carry out audits.
  • You will analyse our material flow and production performance and derive opportunities for improvement within the framework of Kaizen.
  • You will work on complex tasks in the areas of design, evaluation, problem solving, analysis and planning to support logistics activities.
  • You will work closely with cross-divisional and international departments in the development and implementation of solutions.
  • You will manage and implement improvement concepts at all levels.
  • You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, preparation and follow-up of local lean training courses and provide support (coaching) in the application of lean methods.
  • In order to improve our profitability, performance, quality and reliability and to support operational goals, you will carry out analyses, warehouse planning and replanning as well as layout planning.

 

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • Your basis is a degree in engineering/economics/logistics or a similar qualification.
  • Ideally, you have already gained 3 to 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, preferably in contract logistics.
  • You have good specialist knowledge in the areas of lean management, project coordination and process planning and optimisation.
  • You have a good knowledge of common MS Office applications (development or programming skills and a general affinity for IT applications are desirable)
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and German (B2), preferably in combination with other foreign language skills such as Polish.
  • Your willingness to travel, your high level of commitment and independence and your solution-orientation round off your profile.
