YOUR ROLE

• As a Reefer Operations Professional within CEVA Egypt LLC, specifically in the Ocean division, you will be responsible for conducting operations within the Reefer team.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support the Reefer team in all day to day operations.
• Has the connections with carriers in terms of procurement. 
• Dedicated team player, decisive & result oriented with a can-do attitude. 
• Handle all Accounts operations from A-Z ( Bookings, drafts, customs clearance, trucking, etc...)
• Issues the clients invoices after reviewing with concerned and related parties.
• Works within KPIs set and respects deadlines.
• Communicates effectively with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods till final destination and consignee receiving of the cargo.
• Participate in meetings with Customers when needed.
• Responsible for setting up service reports for customers.
• Set SOP for each customer.
• Update weekly sailing schedule to be sent to our customers.
• Any sort of claims, candidate will handle in a professional manner till case closed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experienced Operation within the Reefer with minimum experience of 2-3 years.
• Dedicated team player, decisive & result oriented with a can-do attitude. 
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
