If you approach situations analytically, think outside the box, and have a strong inclination towards relationships and teamwork, you could be the person we are looking for as a Logistics Engineer for our Engineering team at the Zero Defect Start-up based in Assago (MI). You will be responsible for developing studies and analysis of logistics flows to ensure the start-up phase of our new clients.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Managing functional analysis activities and implementing management processes based on customer requirements, verifying solutions with the internal operational structure.

- Developing and implementing complex projects for the start-up phase, following the guidelines of the Solution Design team and optimizing processes according to the CEVA Zero Defect Start-up Project Management methodology.

- Supporting the WMS Super User in identifying and validating operational processes, in the Assessment and Implementation phases.

- Being the project manager, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and budget, establishing performance metrics.

- Communicating the project's progress, reporting issues and escalations to identify suitable solutions.

- Identifying project milestones, interfacing with the client and other involved company functions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Degree in Management Engineering (preferably specializing in Supply Chain Management and Logistics).

- Analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Ability to work in dynamic and heterogeneous contexts.

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point.

- Familiarity with WMS\ERP systems.

- Previous experience in Contract Logistics with 3PL logistic operators is a plus.

- Project management experience on complex Supply Chain projects is a plus.

- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy (50% of the time).

- Own transportation.
