HOW DO YOU ENSURE AN EFFICIENT LOGISTICS SERVICE?
By maintaining the relationship with the customer and administratively supporting the warehouse operation in order processing! You like to be in contact with the customer and your attitude is focused on service. Through your efforts, the orders are provided with the correct documents and the reports are in order.
WHAT YOU DO AS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In this role, you will inform the customer about the status of the flow of goods and the administrative processing thereof. You will maintain customer contact by providing the correct information about the order processing to the customer and ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the way in which you maintain contact with them! You do this by telephone and e-mail. You are also alert in the processing of orders and ensure that they are registered correctly and on time. You proactively handle orders that are special or disrupted with the warehouse team! In addition, you manage the administration, whereby you guarantee the completeness of files and the order registrations are correct. Thanks to you, the associated documents are correct and the invoices are prepared correctly and on time.
WHY IS THIS ROLE SOMETHING FOR YOU?
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- Mbo 4, possibly supplemented with a logistics education;
- Possibly you have several years of work experience in Customer Service (in logistics);
- Proactive and motivated attitude;
- Administrative skills;
- Social and communication skills;
- Good command of the English language in speech and writing;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, such as pivot tables;
YOU WILL WORK HERE
Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of no less than four warehouses! There you will become part of the Customer Service Team, consisting of 5-10 colleagues. Together you ensure that the relationship with the customer is good. You do this within a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to Office Supervisor and your working hours vary between 08:00 AM and 18:00 PM.

In addition, we offer you the following:
- A gross monthly salary between € 2.593 and € 3.547 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and education level);
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
- Participation in our own CEVA collective labor agreement (can be found via this link);
- 25 vacation days, 5 ADV days and the possibility to (sell) buy extra leave;
- Profit sharing of max. 3% for positive company results;
- Travel allowance from 10.0 km home-work distance;
