YOUR PROFILE

 

 

  • Expert knowledge of customs import, export, and transit declarations – bonded warehouse - certificates – customs authorizations and EiDR.
  • AEO expertise and implementation procedures such as self-assessment is a plus.
  • Search for improvements within our customs organization for different locations in Belgium and The Netherlands.
  • First point of contact for Customs authorities
  • Follow up on customs files such as rectifications, cancellations, refunds and making sure that they will be handled with a professional approach. Taking care of monthly audits and incident registrations
  • Improve and secure data quality in all operational and reporting systems and files.

 

 

 

 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

 

 

 

  • Bachelor degree or equal by experience of 3-5 year within customs formalities
  • You are a team player and energetic on improving team solutions.
  • Good written and verbal communication in Dutch, English and French (optional).
  • You are client focused and solution orientated.
  • Advanced knowledge MS Office: Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
