YOUR ROLE

 

Our Air Freight team based in Dublin, have an exciting opportunity for an Air Operations Administrator where you will specialise in providing outstanding customer service and administration support across our air freight and hub operations across Ireland. Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate can either be based at our site near Dublin Airport or based in Shannon.

 

This is a Monday - Friday position working 9am - 5:30pm.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Ensure all Import shipments are expedited in a professional and timely manner.
  • Updating and maintaining logs / systems.
  • Log, investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with airlines in a professional manner in order to meet operational requirements and to maintain up-to-date schedule information and shipment status reports.
  • Day to day operations to include dealing with customers/customs clearance/ airlines & other reports and administration duties.
  • Ensure all quality controls procedures are updated and adhered to.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for an Air Administrator with previous air freight experience within a freight forwarding company, ideally within an import desk. Excellent customer service skills are essential with good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
