For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for an employee / working student (m/f/d) for internal communication as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

• You will support the team in the organization and execution of internal events, meetings, local marketing activities and town halls to promote employee engagement.
• You will be responsible for our content creation and publication via various internal communication media (print & digital).
• You will help advise and implement communication requirements of the specialist departments.
• You will work closely with our translator and graphic designer to create professional multilingual content

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Your basis is a completed commercial apprenticeship in the field of marketing or communication or you are an enrolled student (m/f/d) ideally with a focus on communication science or a comparable course of study.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of internal communication.
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German (C1) and have a good command of English (B1).
• You have a good knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
• Your flexibility, strong communication skills and creativity round off your profile.
