We are looking for a Solution Design Expert (m/f/d) Contact Logistics for our location in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible
As a Solution Design Expert, you will be responsible for the preparation of offers during tenders and act as an interface between all departments involved in the preparation of an offer.
YOUR FUTHER ROLL:
- You have technical responsibility for our Solution Design Engineers and contribute to the further development of the SD team.
- You will be actively involved in acquiring new customers and expanding existing business.
- You act as a central point of contact for all internal departments and external partners/suppliers.
- You will develop optimised logistics processes such as Analysing tender documents and data material, preparing/creating quantity data/material flows, process design, calculating requirements,cost calculation, pricing and price sheet creation, obtaining and processing cost parameters Creating warehouse layouts (Autocad/Class), coordinating work results with the relevant responsible parties, simulating alternatives, working during the approval process (ICAP), supporting contract design and negotiation, etc.
- You will take part in customer meetings and presentations.
- You will take on other individual project tasks.
THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:
- You have a degree in economics / technology, ideally specializing in logistics / business development or a comparable qualification.
- You already have at least 6 years of professional experience in contract logistics / warehouse logistics and have acquired a very good understanding of logistics processes, especially in warehousing.
- Ideally, you also have at least 6 years of experience in project management, tender management and analyzing complex data.
- Ideally, you already have experience with AutoCAD / Class or an alternative program for drawing layouts.
- You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and possibly MS Access.
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken German (from C1) and English.
- You are willing to travel up to 65% of the time.
- Your analytical, solution-orientated skills and structured way of working, your affinity for numbers and your ability to work under pressure round off your profile.
