For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Fleet Professional (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

 

 

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

 

  • You manage our entire CEVA vehicle fleet including the fuel cards for Germany and Switzerland.
  • You are the central contact person for all matters relating to company vehicles / hire cars for
    • Internal communication with employees
    • External communication with lessors, car dealerships, garages, suppliers, insurance companies, etc.
  • You are responsible for taking, implementing and processing vehicle orders.
  • You are responsible for the issue and return of vehicles, including the corresponding logging.
  • You will be responsible for handling damage and accident reports and processing fine notices.
  • You will support operational and strategic purchasing in the area of fleet management.
  • You will obtain quotations and analyse them accordingly.
  • You coordinate the registration documents and obtain the necessary SEPA direct debit mandates.
  • You create statistics and evaluations and analyse large amounts of data.
  • You are responsible for invoice processing and account assignment.
  • You will support the Procurement team with administrative tasks, with project work.

 

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • Your basis is a completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector with several years of professional experience, ideally in purchasing, materials management or in the automotive industry.
  • You have very good IT skills, especially with the common MS Office products and have already gained experience with ERP programs (e.g. JDE, SAP).
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English
  • Your confident demeanor as well as your good way of expressing yourself, your very good analytical skills and your initiative round off your profile.
