For our location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for an Team leader (m/f/d) Accountant at the earliest possible date

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

• You will ensure timely and proper compliance with accounting processes and continuously develop and implement of improvements and process automation.
• You are leading and developing the accounting team (approximately 3 permanent employees and 2-3 student assistants).
• You have co-responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS, collaborating with external tax consultants for the commercial preparation of the annual financial statements.
• You will assist in the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package in OneStream and support tax, internal, and external audits.
• You will coordinating and secure processes and interfaces between CEVA and external service providers (tax consultants, shared service centers, etc.)

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• You possess completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or comparable commercial training
• You bring at least three years of management/team leadership experience in a comparable environment
• You demonstrate sound knowledge in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB and tax regulations
• You are familiar with process optimization and automation.
• You have experience in working with external providers
• You are proficient in MS Office, and good system knowledge is an advantage
• You command very good knowledge of German and English
