For our location in Frankfurt am Main (Main-Airport-Center) we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) HR- Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or a temporary employee on an hourly basis as soon as possible.

 

 

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

 

As part of the HR Payroll team, you will work closely with the team on the monthly payroll.

 

  • You will focus on administrative tasks in the HR Payroll Services team.
  • You will support the HR Payroll Specialists with the monthly payroll.
  • You will maintain and update employee data in the payroll system.
  • You will relieve our colleagues in the creation of certificates, form letters and contracts.
  • You will also help to improve existing payroll processes and support current projects.

 

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) for at least two semesters in business administration, economics, human resources or a comparable course of study
  • You are interested in HR work in an international organization
  • You have already gained experience as a working student in a comparable environment in an international organization
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and have a good command of English
  • You have an independent, careful and results-oriented way of working as well as very good comprehension skills
  • Your service orientation and an open, friendly manner round off your profile.
