JOB PURPOSE
Assist business performance team in monitoring, analyzing and reporting on financial and operational performancE;
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts and budgets
- Gather financial and operational data
- Support business controlling team in financial closure
- Participate in the process involvement projects
- Consolidate a particular product operational P&L statement
- Help studies team and operational team in decision making thanks to performance modelisation
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Business performance team: Focus group, problem solving. The team works closely together despite being split between Portugal in France.
- Operation team: Help in decision making, communicate to better understand the daily operations and be able to analyse the data properly
- Studies, purchasing department: share data and do focus group to help in tender period
- Business control: Help in closing process

OBJECTIFS DU POSTE
Assister l'équipe chargée de la performance de l'entreprise dans le suivi, l'analyse et l'établissement de rapports sur les performances financières et opérationnelles.
MISSIONS
1. Aider à la préparation des rapports financiers, des prévisions et des budgets.
2. Recueillir des données financières et opérationnelles
3. Soutenir l'équipe de contrôle de gestion dans la clôture financière
4. Participer aux projets d'implication dans les processus
5. Consolider le compte de résultat opérationnel d'un produit particulier
6. Aider l'équipe des études et l'équipe opérationnelle à prendre des décisions grâce à la modélisation des performances.
PRINCIPALES RELATIONS DE TRAVAIL
- Équipe chargée des performances de l'entreprise : Groupe de réflexion, résolution de problèmes. L'équipe travaille en étroite collaboration bien qu'elle soit répartie entre le Portugal et la France.
- L'équipe opérationnelle : Aide à la prise de décision, communication pour mieux comprendre les opérations quotidiennes et être en mesure d'analyser correctement les données.
- Études, service des achats : partage des données et groupes de discussion pour faciliter les appels d'offres.
- Contrôle de gestion : aide au processus de clôture
PROFIL RECHERCHE
Formation: Contrôle de gestion (BAC+4, BAC+5)
Langue : Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
Expériences : Une première expérience en stage ou alternance est souhaitée.
Connaissances techniques : Notions en reporting financier. Maîtrise d'Excel, capacité à manipuler et à analyser de grands ensembles de données
